BloomOS is provided for use by Bloomfield Lending, its authorized employees, and its customers and borrowers. You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose, to keep your credentials confidential, and not to attempt to access information you are not authorized to view. Accounts and access may be suspended for misuse.

Information provided through our website, the borrower portal, or text messages is for informational and servicing purposes and is not a commitment to lend, an approval, or an offer of credit terms. Loan approval and terms are subject to application, verification, underwriting, and program requirements.

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Bloomfield Lending relating to the purposes described below.

Types of messages you may receive

• Mortgage inquiries and responses to requests for information.
• Loan application follow-ups.
• Appointment reminders and scheduling.
• Document requests and reminders.
• Application and loan status updates.
• Customer service and support conversations.
• Borrower portal and BloomOS software access, including sign-in codes and account recovery links.
• Recruiting communications.
• Employee onboarding invitations.
• Account setup invitations.
• Marketing and promotional communications, only where you have provided the appropriate consent.

Program details

• Message frequency varies based on your activity and the status of your inquiry, application, or account.
• Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your mobile carrier apply to messages sent and received.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation and no further text messages to that number.
• For assistance, reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the details below.
• Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers may vary and message delivery is not guaranteed. Text messaging may not be available on all carriers or devices.
• You are responsible for notifying us if your mobile number changes or is reassigned.

How we handle mobile numbers and SMS consent information — including that they are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes — is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may send transactional email related to your inquiry, application, or account. Marketing email is sent only where you have consented, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Where you consent to electronic delivery and electronic signature, disclosures, documents, and agreements may be delivered and signed electronically through BloomOS. Specific consent language is presented at the time of signing.

BloomOS and its content are the property of their respective owners and are provided for authorized use only. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the platform.

The platform and communications are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloomfield Lending is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carriers, networks, or devices outside our control.
